This was not Brandon's fault. There was/is a discrepancy about which DashCam was suppose to be installed. I was under the impression the optional Toyota Dashcam was going to be installed and not an unknown aftermarket brand. The tire pressure was not reduced, to the pressure on the door, as requested.

I bought Toyota Connect and came to fix the issue based on the Toyota connect referral so I came to your dealership because it’s a service team that I trusted in the past. The problem did not come from me. It came From the Toyota connect app. Yet I was being hassled into diagnostics after initially being told any sales man can fix it for you and it wouldn’t cost you a thing. I think maybe another dealer is in order now. Thanks for nothing. As Toyota goes they failed me with app not working and poor referral and a recall that’s not mitigated. As a dealer you’re no different that the Chicago dealers. Hungry, greedy and incompetent. I’m sorry if it’s a harsh review but I think I’m disappointed and done.
