In today’s customer non-service climate in which ,if you can get a live person to speak with, they do not listen to what you are saying, it is refreshing to have someone like Nicholas Shafer. He not only told me exactly what was going on with my vehicle but also reacted to my needs as they changed during my visit. He earned my business now and in the future. I appreciate being treated as a customer and not just a consumer. You will have my patronage in the future.

Everything went fine with the service. However, you may want to check the alignment of your car wash as it about a one foot wide area on the back of the car that didn’t get cleaned. It’s no big deal but I just wanted to let you know.

Please have the team speak up in the videos provided on multi inspection etc.. was very hard to hear and watch with them not speaking into and the background noise and other people speaking in background. Otherwise great job!

Service tech was nice and helpful. But your online service appt system needs a lot of improvement. Why is it I select the recommended 100k service package and book the appt and when I arrive it is the same thing every time - “now what are you here for?” And then they scroll thru their iPad and can’t find the service that was booked. Your people need to have the tools to effectively do their jobs - your systems don’t seem to allow it - I can tell your people are trying hard.

I brought my car in because it was making rattling and other noises in the rear of the car. While there has been improvement, there is still noise when going over bumps. I hate to think this is normal and all RAV4’s are like this. I’m not sure what my options are. Can I come and test drive another model like mine to see if I hear the noise in it?

I had excellent service on Thursday. However, not much to choose from on the snack tray. I shouldn’t complain. I should be happy that snacks were available. I always enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack. A nice treat while waiting for my car. Thank you.
