I'm not sure what happened today, but after waiting almost 2:hours I had to inquire on the status of my vehicle. I was told that my agent was wanting for the inspection report. When I told him how long I had been wanting he checked the computer and informed me a tire sensor needed to be replaced. It was about a 40 minute repair that was then started. I arrived for my appointment promptly at 12:15 and finally paid my bill after almost 3 hours later. I was also told the technician suggested an brake fluid flush. I had him look at my account, which showed I had completed that service less than 10,000 miles previously, and certainly did not require it. I have always trusted Toyota with the service of my vehicle, but today was a very frustrating experience.

The recall plan for repairs is vague.. Parts are on order but no indication as to repair date. I understand a recall process and logistics. Better planning for parts would assist your customers. Personnel have been great to deal with. Thanks

Prompt and courteous. Work completed in a timely manner. It was unexpected to find out that there was a water pump failure that wasn’t recognized when brought in for inspection and oil change less than a month ago.
