I had to delay service because of the shockingly high cost of the service. I need look for some way to save on the cost of service - a discount or coupon. I want to have the work done at Carlson but need to wait.

Brandon was very friendly and helpful. He was a clear communicator with his explanations so I did not have many questions, but the couple questions that I had, he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions for my clarification. When I threw a slight curveball with a question about a warranty related to my battery, Brandon promptly brought another employee over to assist us and offer his knowledge. I truly appreciate when employees are willing to seek guidance when needed and to confirm what they are telling me. That is not always what occurs in service situations and often leads to more confusion and wasted time for the customer when employees attempt to handle situations that they may not be trained in or should confirm with a senior employee before moving forward. Not only did Brandon take initiative to seek out a senior employee to confirm what we were discussing, he also included me in the discussions so I wasn’t left out of the conversations regarding the situation with my car. Thanks for your help today and it was a great service experience, Brandon!

Checking in process was flawless. The persons were friendly and helpful answering all questions that I had. Kim did an outstanding job making sure what she was hearing from me was understood. A shuttle was ordered up and I was on my way home after a short wait.
