I had a tonneau cover that I purchased with the trick installed. The cover was too tight and the tailgate would not open. Once I forced it open the tailgate would not close because the cover blocked it. Brought it back in to get adjusted on 1/3 and when I went to leave I tested the cover and the tailgate would still not close every time I tried it. Very unsatisfied with the accessories department. Elena has not once talked to me during my purchase, after my purchase or after installation. I would like to return the cover and get an official Toyota cover that works with the power tailgate. At the moment I am Patiently awaiting a satisfactory solution.

I would say that my overall experience was so-so. I arrived and was speaking with a service advisor when another employee interrupted our dialogue mid-sentence requesting to move my vehicle in the entry area. He was in a rush as the area is quite small and there was a a queue forming, but still, poor tact. My service advisor also didn't introduce himself, so I was left to wonder whom my contact was. Also, after my vehicle was done being serviced it was parked outside and I waited around 15 minutes until I was called to pick up my keys. I spoke with a cashier who explained that paperwork might still need to be completed before my keys were delivered to checkout, but I failed to see a sense of urgency/respecting of time as employees were chatting and in no rush to complete the job. I'm not positive that I'll be back. I presume the work was done well, but the customer experience needs some tuning.

Brandon did great but I received two invoices, $86.80 which I paid and $83.89 which agreed with base $74.00 rate quoted on web site. I didn’t get a chance to see this until I was home.

Communication was very poor from Carlson's side. They never called back to confirm repairs that were needed. I could only talk to the scheduler, not the service advisor, and the scheduler never called me back.

Every thing in the interior was changed. The seat needed to adjusted, the heat was blasting, every mirror needed to be adjusted and they turned my lights off of auto. Even the steering wheel was not where I had it! The car wash was very low quality. It left my car all spotty.

The day I brought my vehicle in I was called later in the day (about 3:30) about an update and if I wanted additional work done to it. I said yes, but asked what the estimate total cost would and when my car would be done. Kim let me know that she wasn't sure at the moment but would call me back, she never called me back. The next day I called at about 9:00 am requesting an update on my car I was told Kim was not at her desk, but I could leave a voicemail for her and she would get back to me. I did and I never received an update till 1:30 when my vehicle was ready. Just would have liked some more communication

Brad was at least receptive to solving my problems related to an issue with tires that were replaced at Carlson a Technician Dustin was great and went above and beyond. As noted the TPS monitor had an issue and when I called Advisor Kim told me on the phone that if it was a TPS issue it would take possibly 2 hours to fix and since New Year’s Eve all technicians were leaving at 3. I drove over anyway because I was leaving town for an extended period and short story Dustin got to the issue had Brad write up a work order (after another advisor had turn him down). Dustin got it fixed in under a 1/2 hours and again went above and beyond. Had it not been for him I would be looking for new Toyota dealership in the Twin Cities.
