My Toyota advisor was pretty good and the service center forgot to give me the free car wash and I told him he willingly stop his lunch and went to take care of me. Please give him a promotion.

My sticker for next rotation has my current mileage and after being told up front I’d get a car wash, I had to ask for one when I arrived after work. I dropped my car before noon on lunch and picked up around 5 and still had to wait for my courtesy car wash. Same thing last time. Service seems iffy and if they can’t get a sticker right, it just makes me nervous what else they didn’t. Nick was great though-very quick and efficient when I dropped off. And the guy who helped me after to get the car wash-great!

Order got lost and car was not looked at when we were told it would be, was hard to get updates on what was going on. Car was there due to a repair not being done properly the week before. Very frustrated with how things went down

I saw my vehicle get pulled into the lot after the work was completed and I waited almost 25 minutes for me to be told that my vehicle was finished. Meanwhile, I got a text that said my work was complete and I could “skip the line” and pay through the app. When I asked the cashier how it worked, she said, “I have no clue how that works!”
