I did not receive good communication of the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. It did not see a vacuum or a carwash even though it was made clear that communication was less than ideal through the week. I would have thought some effort would have gone into the experience to show some sort of an apology for the lack of communication.

I am very frustrated because the issue with my car has not been resolved. Even after I picked it up, the problem persisted. The service advisor said the issue was fixed, but it wasn't, and asked me to leave my car for a few more days, which is unexpected and disappointing.

The headlight was not adjusted correctly. It is hitting the top of the trees. It took two hours to swap out the two headlights. Please contact me to help me schedule a time to fix the errror.
