Nearly 2hrs for a scheduled oil change seems excessive. Then after completion, they pulled my vehicle back in the bay with cars blocking my exit for another 10 minutes. Finally went in to see when a vehicle may be moved and your service woman just said it’ll be moved in just a minute. No apology. Seems better to just leave the vehicle outside like has normally been done.

I went in for an oil change and for them to check my tire pressure sensors. I even said that they work sometimes and don’t work at other times. So I am told that you guys will change the oil and check the voltage on the tire pressure sensors. After changing the oil they come out and tell me the tire was just low on pressure and that everything is fine. I say no they don’t work all the time, so the lady says ok we can check the voltage on them but it will be like another hour or so, after I had already waited about 45 minutes. She comes back out after a while and says yes that one of the sensors isn’t working and that it will be $245 to fix them. I assumed this was to replace all 4 of them but it was for just one!! I looked on Amazon they always come in a 4 pack which is why I thought they were replacing all of them and I can buy them for like $60. Definitely not happy with the Toyota mark up!!

My vehicle has been serviced for 10 years at Toyota in Terre Haute. The service has always been excellent. Today, there was a challenge to determine a noise coming from the front of my vehicle. It was not easy to diagnose. After several hours of trying we agreed that the noise needs to develop further to reveal the location. The team exhibited their trustworthiness by admitting the source of the sound was not yet revealed, rather than charging me for exploration and potentially unnecessary repairs.
