Just seemed to take a lot longer for just an oil change without tire rotation. Was surprised to be told they had no way to check hybrid batteries. So how do you know if they are ok or what? But they are always polite and courteous.

I was happy, except for returning a vehicle to a customer with the lights set to “off” when it was dropped off with the lights set to “auto” is unsafe.

Anne was extremely helpful explaining how oil changes and tire rotation works, frequency, prices and 2 year plan for the above. This was my first time there since buying our vehicle . I did NOT get a new sticker on my windshield which I was told would be put on. Anne printed out papers which showed what free service(s) I had left for the vehicle. I am not used to relaying info of service by text message. Thanks Sarah
