I wait over an hour for a recall program to be installed on my car. They could not get it to download. It’s not the service department fault. But next time they should make sure that the program will download before they tell the customer that the recall is ready to be installed.
I always get a copy of all the inspections they complete on my vehicle didn’t get one so was it not done or what. $ 75.00 dollars for oil change is high. I have bought 3 new cars from your dealership. Thought the free inspections were worth it. I will consider using someone else next time.
Over and hour wait only to get tires rotated and a sound checked out that I heard ONLY when I reversed. Waited for him to get off a phone call only for him to jump back on the phone before helping me. Then he called back and heard they just got back from a test drive. Which wasn’t needed because the noise only happens 2 seconds after reversing. 45 min drive to sit for over an hour almost 2 to be told I will have to come back another time.
I received an email that my bill was $68. When I get to the desk to pay they said it was $98. I showed them the message saying it was $68 and they
Said it was a mistake that they have been having. Need to get that fixed. The last time I was in they had issues with the coupons I used that were sent to me by Toyota. They said they don’t know how I got them and they reluctantly accepted them
I was treated wonderful and took car of my car. Waiting was comfortable and clean. Would recommend to everyone.
Tim answered all my questions and was patient while discussing options w me. He let me know what to expect if I delayed service anf when to know I must bring in my car. I trust Tim
