They told my battery was very low on power and it needed to be replaced. He quoted a price of $260.00 for a new battery and labor. The battery was with the new 2021 Sienna we had purchased when the car was brand new. So rather than have them replace the battery I went to McCord Tire, a local tire and service center who I have been using for many years, and asked them to test the battery. That 3 1/2 year old battery has four or five more years of life left. When I called Toyota back to tell them what I learned, they could care less

Tim was excellent. He helped me out as a parent navigate a situation with my child at college and me being miles away. He even went the extra mile and offered to take her back to school when the Uber wasn’t responding. Though it wasn’t need the offer didn’t go unnoticed. I really appreciate the services provided. Thank you.
