Edward’s service is always top tier. He’s very helpful making sure he made sure I was taken care of. There was an issue with my paperwork and he immediately called and got it squared away. I left knowing things I needed to have done on my car so that I wasn’t left surprised and also left with a nice clean car. Thankful for his work and how prompt and organized he was.

I dropped my car off at 11:30 for an oil change. After I confirmed the correct phone number to reach me I left. When I didn’t hear back from the service department, I called at six to hear an update. I was told that the service department was closed and I would need to call the next day in the morning to make arrangements for picking up my car. I said that I needed my car that night and I was not willing to wait for the next day. Eventually, after some effort, I had an Uber to get me back to the dealership.
FYI, I don’t want to be contacted by the service rep. I don’t think it’s right that you get contacted by the person who gave you a bad service.
I got there and waited outside his office after the last customer left. It was windy and it was cold. I had to ask if I could stay in his office because of the weather. When he finally got around to handling my service, he merely handed me a paper with the estimated amount of $737. This is a standard 20k maintenance. At the very least, tell me why I have to spend that much money. I informed him that I thought I just needed an oil change and that I have a lifetime free oil changes. I asked what came with that and if that includes a 15-point inspection and he said no. Then he added that he did not see that on my file. Not once did he face me during this entire conversation. When I finally got my report, it said that I passed the inspection. Since my service advisor said that the inspection
Is not part of the free oil change, how can I trust the accuracy of the said report. I had to see my own mechanic after I left the dealership so they could check my car.
