I bought this SR5 truck last October. I drove it across the state in June. It was very weak in the passes. For a very reasonable price, I found out why. I also had basic maintenance done. I am very pleased with the quality of service I received. Very professional.

When I got my truck back after service, I discovered that the door seals inside and out, the steering wheel, the shift knob, even the air conditioning controls, were covered with some kind of greasy dirt. It smelled like an old tire. Rather than go back into the service department to get my truck cleaned up, I just took it home and did it myself. I get lifetime oil changes and I think that’s probably the only service I’m going to get from Lithia in the future. As sloppily as this was done, I’m actually concerned about the safety of my truck. I had an alignment and a wheel balance. I’m not sure of those.

I had a tire check for the back left tire, that has been going flat. I have pumped it up the last few weeks every few days. When I brought it in it was at about 30, and the rest were 36. But it has gotten down to 26 in just a night. After bringing it in/the tests, I was told it was heat related and wasn’t flat. But the next day it was back to 27. Under my tire warranty I know a claim is needed to replace it, and would like to do that. I would appreciate a call to reschedule when to come in and have it checked/replaced. Thank you in advance!

I'm sure you were short staffed.No staff at the counters. They couldn't find our appt, they did get us in. (I have a text with appt on it). Once they were done, our key and work order were put on the counter, it was 15-20 minutes before anyone came to say it was done. We have always had great service there in the past. I get short handed but...

I was very satisfied at first, after I got home someone called me back and told me to come back there because they forgot something for my car, I don't quite understand... she said they close at 7pm that I when I got there at 6am, the counselors told me to come back, the next morning I went there very early at 7:30am to wait because I still had to go to work, 8am they opened the door and I talked to another person, he said he didn't know. he called a colleague to ask but got no answer, and he gave me my phone number to call me back, but I waited and waited and didn't get a response. It took me quite a while to go up and down there. It's supposed to be a great place to work. All information must be saved so that when the guest comes, even if someone else is working, they will know what to do with the customer. I underestimated that. I'm a woman and I'm not very familiar with cars, and I'm very worried about what they've forgotten about my car. I have left a voice message, or I will go up there again for you to explain to me more clearly. contact me soon ,

Sitting there for 3 hours just to calibrate a sensor was ridiculous and on top of it being told I needed to pay 351.00 because it took 2 master techs when Toni told me there was no charge when I talked to her days before. Obviously no communication.
