This is my 3rd Toyota tundra. I have had the same things go wrong with all of them. At one point in time I would have them fixed. Like the sensors to open the doors in the truck. I would have one fixed then the other door would stop to the point where I had to have them all fixed then another NEW one not work again. Obviously the replacement parts are not the best. Also the fan for air conditioner and heater would all of a sudden be real noisey or not work. Just recently a new one was put in with a YEAR warranty. It has been a year, the warranty over, and it is acting up again. Like I said this has happened in ALL three tundras. When I have mentioned this to service people they act surprised and say the haven't seen a lot of these things in tundras. Maybe I'm a winer, but getting them fixed is very expensive. My concern is thst the parts that are in the truck when purchased and the ones that replaced are of very poor quality. I am just amazed that the same thing has happened with all 3 trucks.

The team is always courteous and professional. Explained that things were running late due to an emergency for another customer with an urgent need. Appreciated the honesty and offered that I could be patient and was okay with my vehicle being held over to the next day. That is what I hope for from my customers, so I try to offer that to others. The next day, my vehicle was ready and I’m quite pleased with the service.

They didn’t order right part. Didn’t update me on situation. Also took over 1 1/2 hours to figure it out and let me know that I ‘d have to come back.
