I explained the issue with my vehicle started after I had to use Fix-A-Flat for a constantly leaking Tire on a road trip. This is the second shop I've been to that I've explained the issue that I cannot accelerate to the freeway speed limits without the car bouncing all over. However still nobody checked what I wanted and after I drove almost 2 hours when I finish my errands around town and headed home I was back with the same problem nothing was changed. I drove 2 hours, because I assumed Toyota would actually do what I had asked. But now I'm just going to take it to some local junkie tire place to get it fixed because apparently you guys couldn't get that **** together.

I have tried to deal with Lithia Toyota twice now. Once on a Tacoma and once on a 4-Runner. Both times were unsuccessful and I bought elsewhere and I wasn’t a fan of Lithia. I was in desperate need of a service on my 4-Runner and was in Billings for an extended stay so I reached out to Lithia to set up an appt. Toni was exceptional explaining the service plans, and went above & beyond to point out some issues. I am beyond pleased with your service department and extremely satisfied at this point!
