Request was for 3 services, 1 they lost or forgot, the other was totally messed up, estimated was wrong, didn't do it. Brakes were completed, but I plan to take car to someone to check, don't trust it was done properly. Not satisfied.

Satisfied with the repair. Glad I had my spare key, and the sales team was still there because they didn’t put my key in the car so I could take my car since I get off after the service team leaves. Other than that everything is great and the staff is pleasant

The maintenance requested (based on Toyota recall) was not completed as the part was not available. Today, I was told that a new order will have to be made and it may take some days. Last week, I was told the same and since ordering the part takes time, my appointment was scheduled for Dec 31 (a week later from when I called). I am not sure how to rate a service that has not been provided to me yet.
