The air filter cover was not re-installed after service. You recommended a new air filter replacement but the current filter looks like new with just a few bugs in it. I knocked those out. And I don't know about paying $70 for a new air filter.

I had my 2023 Toyota Tacoma, hauled into the dealership, Firelands Toyota, because the battery was completely dead (couldn't be jump started) plus it was time for one of the scheduled services to be completed. I was greeted, made comfortable, and told that I would receive periodic updates from the technician. I was seated in the customer lounge area, had coffee and read my book until I was informed that the vehicle was finished. I was thanked for my business and left.
