I have 4 vehicles that I service at your dealership. I don't like the credit card surcharge. I asked to be invoiced instead and was told that I could leave an ID or something as a retainer while I drove back to norwalk to bring a check. You have my records. I'm not a random person unknown to you. I paid with a credit card, which cost my company $7 more than the cost of the service alone. When I got my vehicle, it was not sprayed off because it was cold. It was sunny and 33 degrees.

Told employee I was wanting a key with a “remote” to unlock the car, and then proceeded to tell me how much it would be with the programming and agreed. Then other employee informs me of new price afterward, which agreed on. Finally, was given a key with no remote and went back talk to the worker who gave me the all clear to leave, that I wasn’t given what I asked. He responded with “the man who attended you at the beginning said you didn’t want the remote”. I responded by telling him, I in fact did mention the remote at the beginning so I have no idea where the miscommunication occurred. A 10% off an additional $330 charge was then mentioned but didn’t make sense paying for a mistake that clearly wasn’t done by the client. I mentioned during the booking of my appointment, two days prior, of what service I needed in detail. Unsatisfied with the outcome.
I was completely satisfied. Dom and his team were professional and very helpful. I will return in the future.
