Car was brought in on 12/31 and “fixed”. Then on 1/4 as I was leaving town for home, several hybrid warning lights went on. They tried to brush me off to say I’d be fine for the 8 hour drive, but the car was unsafe to drive. This is irresponsible and dangerous. They said they would work on it after I said that it wasn’t safe. They dug further and found a nest in the wiring (should have thoroughly checked on 12/31). The service advisor (Jerrad) never called me back on Saturday when he said he would and I was on hold for an hour trying to reach someone before hanging up. Then you were closed Sunday. Because I didn’t get an answer and needed to get back to work out of state for Monday, I had to rent a car. Thankfully John (service manager) tried to correct the situation, make sure the car was fixed, and made sure I was not overcharged.

Talked to Bailey Evans. He gave me an answer on some questions. I have a greater appreciation for Evans Toyota after he showed me that he really values what and how people are treated. Will be recommending Evans to anyone looking for a vehicle
