For #1 I scheduled an appointment. Wasn’t kept informed about recall part was installed. I had to ask after waiting for 3 hrs! Plus your over head Christmas music sucked, which I listened to for 3 hrs. Also scheduled oil change which didn’t know I’m supposed to done till 10,000 miles but sticker in window said it was due! Maybe more coordination with staff would help!

Great service. John put a lot of effort in getting my vehicle fixed knowing I had a funeral to attend in Chicago. Not to mention it was a last minute fix. He made contact with the warranty company and got the job done. Service like that will keep me coming back to Evans Toyota. Thank you John and the Evans family

I called in on a whim thinking there was no way I could get serviced on a sat and Jarrad HOOKED ME UP! From the phone call to pulling out of the lot after the work was done it was 100/100. Jarrad kept me in the loop the whole time while I was in the KICK **** waiting area. What a way to show your appreciation for your customers. That waiting area is top of the line. Jarrad explained to me your service programs and I bought the 3 oil change, 5 tire rotation 2 year road side assistance program. I was very pleased with how I was treated. I’ve had good service before at other shops but this was on another level. Massage chairs? Are you kidding me!? Thanks and I will most definitely be back!
