My 2017 Sienna did come in fully functioning with a dead battery on 12/22/25. Upon my getting the vehicle back today, 12/23/25, everything appeared back to normal after the battery replacement. The day prior, I had a headlight go out and the two low beam headlights were replaced on this vehicle. After night driving today, both low beam headlights have been blown. I would very much appreciate your shop making this right by replacing both low beam headlights. I have had very good luck with the Service department at Evans up until recently. Not sure what has changed, but I would appreciate your consideration. Thanks, Steve
