+Helpful service manager who was very nice and also willing to provide a status update on vehicle service +Process was plenty straightforward the entire time -Service easily took over 2 - 2.5 hours which was slightly painful to sit and wait for

Oip change and tire rotation took just shy of 3 hours. Suspect it was completed sooner but was just sitting in the lot, and no one bothered to inform me it was done. Had to eventually flag someone down to inquire about the status. I bet I would have been waiting quite a while if I hadn't. When I did they immediately told me it was ready and I paid. Never received a multi point inspection. Honestly between not receiving that hat I had asked for when I bought the vehicle and having to wait for 3 hours for an oil change, probably my last visit to this dealership.

I’ll be honest my car is filled with bags and books. I left with all my stuff bur I gained a large amount of what appears to be oil all over the driver sides rooftop fabric. I’ll get it out but be careful with lighter interior please. Overall, customer service and Larry are top notch.
