Customer service was excellent
We were extremely UNsatisfied with this recent experience.
1) we contacted the Service Department over one week in advance to make sure that hood struts would be available and installed during the service appointment. We were assured (guaranteed) the service would be completed as requested!!! We dropped off the car at 8:30 a.m. and told all requested service, including hood struts, would be completed by 2 p.m. Yet, eventually we were told the struts were NOT in stock. This is extremely disappointing. This is the SECOND time we dropped the car off for the SAME repair, and you’ve not been able to install.
2) Additionally, we received no status updates all day. We had to call at 2:30 p.m. to request a status. After several calls to the Service Department, no one knew the car’s status and when it would be completed.
Again, we are very unsatisfied with this experience.
