I recently had an excellent experience with the customer service at Lexus Van Nuys, thanks to their standout representative, Alejo Morales. Alejo was not only professional but also genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, offered clear explanations about what needed to be done, and made sure I felt comfortable with all the options.
What truly impressed me was that when I was running late to pick up my car, Alejo waited for me past closing time without hesitation. He kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and ensured I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. His courteous and thoughtful approach made all the difference. It’s rare to find such dedicated, personable service, and I truly felt valued as a customer. I’ll definitely return for future needs and highly recommend Alejo Morales for his outstanding support!
It took over 24 hours to change a tire. And replace the tire pressure gauge that was damaged when the original tire was removed.
I understand that things sometimes happen. But changing a tire and balancing it should take 20 minutes. I waited at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours before I was told that Keyes did not have the replacement tire pressure gauge, and that I should take a rental car and plan on coming back the next day. Joe was fine. My Keyes service experience was a failure.
I only brought my car to Keyes for the tire replacement because I didn't know if it was wise to drive to another Lexus dealership further away. That was a mistake I do not plan on repeating.

Ali is always helpful , very organized, knows what he’s doing and stays on top of things all the time and takes very good care of his customers . I’m so glad with his service .
