Bill Horvat was great! Very personable, soft spoken; a real gentle, man ! Explained all. The service, with SMOG check, took 4 hrs. A bit long for waiting on site.

SENSORS THAT ARE CAUSING THE CAR TO NOW. DISABLE FROM A SAFETY FEATURE AND SEEMS TO NOT BE COVERED ON THE WARRANTY. THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OF THE. LEXUS WARRANTY please address with me service manager immediately. And request lexus corporate to address concerns requested requested review immediately.

Midway rental they trick you to purchase there auto insurance for $25 liability and full coverage for $50 when I ask I have my own insurance full

Sure he knows but midway company wants money I’m probably not coming back to Keyes Lexus for future services or future repairs I don’t like dirty games like this to a first time customer bad experience with this
