Hallie was great, she provided excellent service and kept me informed as my vehicle was in the shop. Her up-to-date texts kept me informed. Please thank the shuttle driver, he drove safely and has exceptional service as well. Overall, my experience with this particular service was great. Even the amount of time for the full service was great, one hour unlike the long 2hr or more hours in prior visits for the same type of service. The staff was great! Hallie sent me updates and was very nice. However, I scheduled to have warranty work done and you guys couldn’t do it all that day. I’ll have to come back, which is very inconvenient for me. I would have appreciated knowing that it wasn’t going to be done at this appointment in the first place. Thanks

John Serio was amazing at handling my unique situation on my 2017 Tundra. He listened to my problems and provided me through a series of steps we could go through to diagnose the problem. His patience and understanding is truly a gift to the Service Department. He should be celebrated and rewarded within the Findlay Team.
I only say this because not all functions with the computer portion of my truck was fixed and alerts were coming up on dash screen. Also AC wasn’t fixed but do have to take the truck back to Toyota to complete issues. Hopefully it can be resolved in a timely matter this time around. Thanks the engine runs great just some other tweaks that need fixing.
The service took more than estimated time and I waited a while to get my invoice even if my truck was done.
