**** was Great. He was attentive to our needs from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive. Also the customer service associate named Jay was very helpful, she was attentive to details and quick. Thank you Findlay Toyota Flagstaff for having such great staff, from porters to mechanics, the entire staff is on Point ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

Awesome service today. No pressure and the work was done quickly. My only complaint is the plugs at the high top tables don’t work and I couldn’t charge my computer.

James was very nice and easy to work with. You My only issue was that my previous service visit of June 28, 2024 was never documented in your system. As a result, today it was recommended that my brake fluid be replaced even though that had been done on June 28, 2024. Can the information from the previous service visit be entered into your system so that my vehicle’s records are up to date?

I appreciate your team getting together and solving the mystery of the leaking drain plug. I feel I could’ve been more help if I came forward with more information as to what I had in electron, which were extra drain plug and sleeves. After six or seven hours in a quick run to Williams and back, it would appear that the oil leak is not leaking. Thank you.

I had asked the service advisor upon check-in that I was concerned with one of the tires on my vehicle. I mentioned that the tire may have a small leak and for it to be checked. I was assured it would be taken care of. After check out, paying over $200, and leaving, I noticed the same tire still had low air pressure was still the same! I called the service dept to get confirmation that the tire was checked. Though the receipt indicated the service was done, I had no proof that the technicians in fact actually checked my tires. I had to drive back to the service department to have a staff member put air in my tires so that the tire air pressure was reading the same as the other three tires. Talk about a huge inconvenience especially for the amount of money I paid. I can only hope the technicians did not get lazy and falsely indicated they completed a customer’s request. To this day, my tire is still not fixed and I have to go elsewhere to have it further looked at. I feel I didn’t get my moneys worth.

My service advisor was fine. She was good. Got me in and out and tried to sell me nothing. But the dealership keeps calling me asking if I want to sell. I do not want to sell. I request the dealership quit calling me. Again, this had nothing to do with the service advisor or any of the people doing the oil change yesterday.
