Jimmy is a great guy. As a manufacturer whole staff is. Your service manager talked me through a stressful time with my forerunner was acting up for a badly. And then Jimmy helped me through the repair process. Great job.

I have a new truck I purchased from you and I live in Sedona. I drove up to Flag early to get the work done - 2 things. It took me 3 hrs of driving time round trip… You added my truck bed cover but the other parts were not in stock and the service rep said they were not ordered…. My sales rep advised me this part was in and would be completed yesterday. Either he lied or your ordering process is ineffective. Sales said he ordered the part.
