Every time I go there they’re always nice and customer service is excellent.
Nothing is ever explained. I drop off my 4runner for service and I ask “what does the service include” and the response is “everything that’s included in a 20k service”. That tells me nothing. When I pickup my 4Runner I’m just handed paperwork, again with no explanation of what they did, or recommend etc. Now that my ToyotaCare is expiring, I most likely won’t be back to Toyota for any future services.
