There were several unanticipated delays in beginning work on the car. After we had waited several days for work to begin, it was eventually completed in one day. During the delays we were provided with an excellent loaner car without charge. I am pleased with the final result, except that a decorative Toyota hub cover is missing from the left rear wheel.

The part I was not satisfied with: I was told the headlight restoration would take “about an hour”, and the car would be ready by 3:00 pm. (I brought it in at 1:30.) The actual time was 2.5 hours. Austin gave us a $13.49 discount because of the extra time. (About a quarter of my hourly rate in my job.) But the headlights look like new, so we are grateful. Austin probably didn’t have to give us any discount. And it was a chaotic day, with all the sugar-crazed Halloween-addled kids and everything. Good job, Austin.

I do not know Juan so this is a generic response. Communication, consistency and reliability continues to be problematic. I've given this feedback before but seems to go into the universe. Thanks for having a vehicle for giving feedback.

My cost for replacing the spark plugs was a little over $130 higher than the estimate I signed when I dropped off the car.

Had 8am appointment and drove from Tri-cities. Without even looking at the car, was told diagnosis and fix would likely take all day. Asked if they ran the diagnostic scan tool. “No, that guy won’t be in for another 45 minutes.” Was very disappointed that your dealership wasn’t prepared to test my vehicle after having made the appointment and drove that far.
