Nestor was great! The whole service team was wonderful. Quickly jumped on our concerns/issues without hesitation. We were back on the road quickly. Walla Walla Toyota is exceptional.
Very proffesional,curteous and helpful
After driving just a couple miles after leaving the shop, I noticed the "malfunction indicator" light on the dashboard was on. I have the feeling something might have been bumped when the new air filter was replaced. I stopped by the shop to see if I could find a good time to bring the car by to have someone look under the hood. I was told by Austin there would be a $65 analysis charge. Considering this light came on so soon after my car was worked on, I can't believe a courtesy check wasn't offered. I am very disappointed in WW Toyota

Juan was great to work with. He gave me an expected wait time which was spot on and fairly quick for a dealership. When my car was ready he explained everything clearly and was in no rush to just get me out the door. They had coffee and popcorn while I waited which is always a plus and the facility was extremely clean. Steven the store manager was also there and extremely friendly. I would recommend anyone with a Toyota to go there for service.
