Sarah and Jeremy in the shop always treat me awesome. Jeremy steps over and goes beyond. I had problem with engine check lights it got fixed. I got the oil changed this time and complained about a rattle and Jeremy fix that too. I'm very happy with Walla Walla Toyota

When I came in to pick up my car after being serviced, I was told that it looked like my key fob had not completely been snapped back together possibly after changing the battery. When I was given my key back, it was taped together and I was given 2 plastic shards that used to be part of the fob. When I got home, I removed the tape that someone at WW Toyota placed on the fob. It now does not hold together without a piece of tape. This was not how the key was when I dropped off the car. I believe that someone dropped my key and tried to play it off like that’s how it was when I left the key. I hope it was worth it because that will be the last time I use WW Toyota for anything.

No matter what time of year it is, whenever I bring it in for an oil change it is incredibly chaotic in there. Long waiting times and people getting missed and workers seem stressed. Seems like there needs to be more staff to allow for a smoother flow
