When I arrived, Nester promptly checked me in & asserted me that my RAV4 would be completed, before I had to return to work. His assurance made me feel confident I’d be on time. Lastly, my car was promptly serviced. Yes, I was to work on time! I greatly appreciate the kind efficient service I receive every tuneup; thank you! I’ll be back soon for rear brakes, so see y'all again!

I think Juan was very helpful in getting our car in on a Friday afternoon. And they ran a test the next morning on our vehicle. It was the battery. After all said and done it was 550 for a battery. To Damm high for a simple thing. I should have waited and went to Les schwab it would have been only $270. For the battery and $25 to install. Way too much of a price difference. On certain items I think you should be more competitive. If I need a battery next time I’ll definitely shop somewhere else first. But the team at Walla Walla Toyota was good.

First off all, un profesional answers regarding to the time it was going to take to get my service done, second off all multiple trips to get an accurate answers regarding to my vehicle third of all having a schedule appointment for a certain time and having the vehicle ready with in the time phase they told me was very upsetting! Had to call multiple times to get a call back they did not respected the total amount that I was told they said we got a 10% discount which was nothing compared to the time lose on my end. Very very un professional customer service will never ever due business with you guys again!
This survey is completely out of line. We just bought this car 4 months ago! Why would we want an estimate to trade it in. Do your research for sending out these surveys.
