I had excellent customer service during my previous visit, which is why I returned for service. However, this time my experience was a bit less than expected. Service took longer than originally communicated, which was a bit frustrating. When I received my car, I noticed the interior was extremely dirty.
It appeared like someone had been in the mud and cleaned their shoes inside my car. Additionally, the checkout process took longer than anticipated, and I had to wait while my car was retrieved from the parking lot after being told it was ready. While the service wasn’t horrible, it definitely didn’t match the level of excellence I received on my last visit. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Waited for a year to get the parts for the recall on my Ridgeline. Had a 11 AM appointment and was told it was a 2-3 hour job. Tried to get status from 2-6 and could not get status. Finally was called at 5:45 and was told it was ready and that they closed at 6. They did tell me that I could keep the loaner until the next morning but had a medical test the next day and had to rush in traffic to get my Ridgeline back. Overall it was a very negative experience. I have driven only Honda vehicles for years but will look around at other companies for my next new car.
