My hood would not open and the last time it was open was when I was there. Now I’m told I have to pay for labor to fix it. My one year of oil changes and tire rotation will be up before I can get back there. I’ll be taking my truck elsewhere for service.

Bill was GREAT. I just can’t understand why so many appointments are scheduled for the same time? The whole idea behind making an appointment is to know how long it might take. I was called on Thursday, February 13th at 10:39 am with someone telling me that my new key has arrived, then asking me if I want to make an appointment, and then telling me there was appointments available every 15 min starting at 12:45pm. I arrived to find that no less than 10 other vehicles made the same appointment for 12:45pm. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours……dude that’s crazy, but fact. This happens everytime I need service done. Just a pattern of inefficiency. I usually shut my mouth and deal with ****, but you asked
