After driving from Sandwich MA, I was told that the service was going to take longer than I expected. Patty arranged for transportation home and had my car delivered in time for me to make an evening event

The service was great as usual. But... This is the second time in a year that there has been miscommunication between the woman who took my phone call to the service team. I even called again this morning at 7:30 to be sure they knew the address. Yet the guys were sent to my home address and not to my work address for the pickup. So there needs to be maybe better call takers? Or at least better communication between them and your team because unfortunately your team is getting incorrect information from them.

Done quickly. Had a ride home and a ride back to get the car. They checked the tire pressure. They made sure everything was good before they gave it back to me. Great job done by all.

You did resolve my problem in the end, but I picked up my car, did two errands, and my tire pressure sensors were on… after a tire service. I discovered that the tires all had very different inflation ranging from 30 to 36. When I called, another team member told me to bring it back in, my tire pressures were quickly fixed, and the team member admitted that it was likely a case of technicians simply being sloppy. So again, it was ultimately fixed, but I should not have left after a tire service with inflation problems.
