I don't understand why you guys are putting a sticker on my window for my tire rotation instead of oil change. When you guys put a 5000 mile sticker on the vehicle I'm assuming it's oil change not tire rotation. Who the heck does that?. At the service center I specifically said to place a sticker with 10,000 mi and when I left the service center the sticker said 5,000 mi on it. Also, next time you guys claim you did a tire rotation make sure that the rims aren't marked. I can take a tire gauge and see that the front tires are worn out more than the rear tires. If you rotated those tires, why are the front tires worn out more than the rear tires? Keep on doing stupid stuff like that. I enjoy watching youtube videos of shiesty dealers getting caught.

I had a 5,000 mile check and they said they rotated my tires. When I got home my husband said they never touched the tires. You can tell from the salt residue around the lug nuts. And the roads were dry all the way home. He was very upset!!

Alexis was great and very clearvand helpful. My only complaint is that I was told today that there was a 50k mile recommended service that was not mentioned when I purchased the car 5k miles ago...and is not covered by the extended platinum service package I was sold. To be hit with a $1k service at my first appointment for an oil change was not great.

I thought the car should have been washed. The feedback was it’s too cold outside. One solution is to let it dry inside somewhere. I don’t know the logistics of your operation but was disappointed. The communications for the appt and within the appt was excellent.
