No One told me that the rear hatch had not been fixed and under warranty parts were ordered. When I tried to open the hatch the next day I realized it had not been fixed. However after reading the report I was given it was listed on the report It would have been nice if a technician would have advised me of that when they told me the car was ready to go!!!!

Mr. Scott A. Meade is always very professional, kind, and helpful in answering any questions I would have in regard to my cars. He is one of the reasons I have chosen Brewer Toyoto to go to. my service advisor was great. I came in for an inspection and I mentioned that I didn’t know how to change my clock so before I left, she made sure that someone showed me how to do that. She went above and beyond she is an asset to your dealership.

He was a very nice gentleman. He was very helpful also. I couldn't find my car and he came out to find it for me. He also wanted to clean my car off. I told him thank you but I got it. He is a great employee!!

I got my vehicle 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time of 1:30 PM. James did a good job but to have an appointment and not get prompt completion of two simple tasks was disappointing.
