Yes , ya had a nice White Tacoma in the showroom this morning today I was sniffing at , while my service was taking place ,, just don’t like the high price ,, on a 2024 model ,, Too much, though alluring might wait to see a 2025 model to come in to look at it,, Thank s Ron Or if prices come down to a more makes sense to go new My truck isn’t even broke in yet,,

James Meyers was totally professional, helpful and 100% friendly, personable and accommodating. He made a trying chore almost pleasant. The only way it could’ve been better is if nothing was wrong with my vehicle and I wouldn’t have had to have it serviced. But then, I wouldn’t have met and been impressed with Brewer’s best service writer, James Meyers.

Jeff,the service manager worked with me to make some necessary adjustments on my tonneau cover to correct the large amount of water lentering my truck bed. Hopefully its corrects the problem.

My only complaint is the service person left greasy fingerprints on my door and a large area on my leather console had some kind of oil or something on it in an area about half the size of a dollar bill. Your service manager took care of it for me. I don’t know what it is about people today working on people’s cars, but when I used to work on cars, I never left greasy prints all over it. Different world today lotta people don’t give a crap.

I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed upon arrival, given realistic time-frame for estimated wait times, and had a thorough summary of work performed upon completion. I notified via phone call when work was done, and greeted at the cashier once he realized I was present. I was also unaware of some of the complimentary services resulting from my purchase of the vehicle at Toyota.

Thank you for correctly diagnosing the problem with my hybrid and resolving the problem. Vehicle’s mpg seems to have returned to normal.
