Eric was great best i have dealt with to date at brewer. Tech completed half of the job and I dropped off for an extra day to have multiple things completed without inconvenience to myself but now have to schedule time again to complete the job.

I love this dealership. I live in the north hills - much closer to another Toyota dealership and I drive all the way to the airport because of the great service and experience when I purchased my car there and on every service visit. Well done!

I had my oil changed dec 23 and my vehicle was looked over. I was told my brakes were good but would need them by June-July. I was not experiencing any problems with my brakes but was told one side was a4 and the other was a 2. So I had to replace them or it would not pass inspection. That broke my trust in brewer airport Toyota.

I made a 10:30 appt for a simple tire rotation and 25,000 mile check-up. No oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told that my wait would be over an hour because there were other cars ahead of me. In fact, I was there for an hour and a half. This was my last “free” visit under my 2-yr Toyota Care, so now my oil changes will be up to me. When I asked if I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, would my wait be as long as this one, and was told yes, most likely. Disappointing.

Ed very thorough - checked my tires which I was told to replace last time but they were 6&7’s this time? I appreciate Ed’s honesty not sure what happened last time in November why asked to replace tires when it clearly wasn’t needed
