Appointment was scheduled for 9:00. They asked when we wanted car back. Told them 3:00. They did not work on car until 2:00. Why have an appointment time if they are going to wait to work on it? I do not understand this. An appointment time is scheduled. Seems like an appointment time is only a suggestion to Baxter Lincoln.

The process was easy. They gave me a ride home and back. The job was completed in the time they said it would be at less amount that was quoted which was a surprise. Everyone was friendly and professional. It's why I keep coming back. Thank you Michael and Baxter Toyota!!!
