I really appreciated the manager picking my car up and returning it when service was complete. The service manager called explaining what was done and what was needed. I have always taken my car to Baxter and have always been extremely satisfied with their service.

There was confusion in a couple of ways. My wife had trouble with finding out when the vehicle work was complete. Also there was missinformed communication with in the dealership when it come to the charges. I paid for this installation when the vehicle was purchased. The service department didn't know this and planned to charge me again. All of this was unintentional. The dealership is busy and things fell through the cracks. I understand.

Could have washed it off , lol ???? I’m always very satisfied with the service I receive with my truck I will be buying a new truck in a few years and definitely will be buying a Toyota . Thank you for all the Baxter team has done to keep my truck in tip top condition.

Angie was attentive. I’m frustrated that the tire pressure sensor is obviously faulty and not functioning properly and yet it cannot be replaced under warranty plan.

Angie agreed to take my vehicle even though I didn’t have an appointment, as my check engine light had come on the night before. She gave me an update before the dealership closed that day, and had already submitted the repair to Toyota to make sure it was covered under warranty. Roughly 48 hours after I had dropped my vehicle off—on a weekend—I got an update that Toyota had approved the repair. I was able to take the vehicle home that day, towards end of business. Angie even checked with the shuttle driver around 4:15 to make sure he had time to bring me to the dealership before he was off the clock at 5
