My van was at the dealership for a total of 12 days. During this time we had to continually call to find out what was going on. We had to talk to multiple people. No one seemed to know what was going on. They could not give us any kind of timeline of when it might be fixed. When we asked about getting a rental it wasn’t provided until day 10. Magically my van was fixed at day 12. We were told that the van needed a new transmission for >$12,000. My van is 4 1/2 years old and we bought it brand new from this dealership. The van has 67,000 miles. This is absolutely crazy that it would already need a new transmission. Again after multiple calls and questioning the warranty they finally said it would be covered under the warranty. We were never once contacted with an update. Every time we had to call and no one was consistent with the information they gave. At the time of pickup we were simply handed a piece of paper. No explanation was given of what was done. I find it very interesting that when the issue was covered under the warranty that it cost $2000, whereas when we were going to have to pay it was >$12,000. We have had multiple Honda vehicles and would probably purchase more in the future but we will never do business at this dealership again.

They were very helpful in making sure my car was caught up on necessary maintenance. Lissette was so kind to drive me back and forth to the dealership, since the service was going to take hours to complete. I was so grateful for her kindness.

I would likean an appraisal on my Honda, as ling as any future purchase of a vehicle does not have a dead animal smell that still lingers....car was never changed out despite being told it would, and that after day 3 or 4 of owning car. Its going on or just past 2 yrs now.Quite disappointing!

I think that you should give your Regular customers a coupon discount for oil changes. I had a coupon from another dealership I could have used but I have always used Asheboro Honda because I bought my car there. A coupon would help senior citizens

Called and made my appointment on January 29th at 10:30 am. The guy set my appointment for February 8th. I scheduled my day to get my oil changed, recall fixed, and a problem that I am having with the start of my car. When I got to Asheboro honda on February 8th I was told that I didn't not have an appointment and that if they worked on my car it could take till 5pm to have it ready. I asked the guy so you want me to sit here from 11am-5pm and he stated if you want it done today then yes. I made an appointment for a reason. Guy can out and said he would change my oil but couldn't do the other stuff that was needed due to me not having an appointment. I called 2 weeks ahead and made my appointment. It's not my fault that no one put it in the system. I live a very busy life and have to schedule things that need to be done. This was very poor on Asheboro Honda. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. You guys definitely need to do better.
