My service was fine. However, I was sent a text about services I assume they were recommending, that totalled $711. There was really no explaination except it stated that it was at the “customers request”, which I did not. When I called, I was told that they were just recommended but no explanation given again and when I ask why it said “ customer requested” I was told “ I don’t know why it would say that.” When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I wouldn’t say that the girl was rude but she wasn’t friendly, about the same as she was on the phone. and I never saw or spoke to the tech so I really can’t say how he was. I have come since I moved to Asheboro, about 5 yrs ago, and my son and mother each also purchased a vehicle from Asheboro Honda and I will say that something just seems different than it has in the past. Customer service didn’t seen to be as important as before. But I do understand that everyone has a bad day so I’ll be back. Thank you!

Price when I told the lady it was the starter. Then when she today wouldn't pass inspection because water in headlight and it was going to cost right at $400 more and another day without my vehicle. I pray to God that I never have to use Asheboro Honda again.

Staff didn’t seem too friendly and a very cold feeling environment. I had to engage them. I felt like I was inconveniencing them… Maybe smile and welcome customers using the dealership for service. Only had an oil change but left with the same sticker I arrived with on my windshield.

Everything was satisfactory. The service that was given was great. He was there to answer all my questions. So far everything mechanically done seems to be good. It was a little pricey though. I Did not expect it to be that expensive.
