Elizabeth was professional, kind, and courteous. I had a concern about one of the car doors during my cars routine 15,000 mile appointment and she let the technician know and they got it fix. I return to Baxter Toyota despite having another dealership closer to my home because the customer service is top notch. Thank you

overall the service was done okay. one thing, the report of inspection results and recommendations said i need to change the belt. they person said the employee doing the inspection said it was cracked. i said it was replaced 2 months ago. i asked for a picture of the cracking belt. he said after talking to him again it was fine. i’m glad i didn’t pay to replace it. just seems a little weird…

I still do not understand the process for getting my vehicle listed as personal and no longer a fleet vehicle. Charging me $200 for this and keeping my vehicle for a week is ridiculous! This should be an automatic process when I purchase the vehicle.
