I asked them to specifically go through the washer after the service and this was not done. To be fair the guy who was servicing me had a customer that was unhappy about something else, and so I think he was preoccupied and didn’t notice. Coincidentally, I heard the unhappy customer complain about how her tires were not rotated. I also noticed after I had left, that they had not actually rotated my tires during my oil change and tire rotation the previous week. Which was disappointing. I did call them and they did get me scheduled in to have my tires rotated the next day. Overall my past few visits, I’ve noticed the quality has gotten worse. The service people are kind. But I worry about the quality of work being done. Just for example, even when the temperature has been above freezing like last summer, they don’t wash my car after services. Which is a nice touch to me which implies effort.

Nate was wonderful, informative, and kind. He explained what he could do, what to expect, and was able to get my car in quickly to be fixed. While I was waiting for my car, I thought about how kind everyone had been and how the facility was really nice. There was a lot of seating and drinks that were available. I have not been to toyota for car maintenance before but will definitely be coming back. There was also an older woman with white hair and glasses who told me where to go when I first arrived as I was a bit lost. She answered all of my questions and was also wonderful. It was a very pleasant experience for someone who hates dealing with any car maintenance whatsoever.
