Once again, Nate did a great job listening to our description of what is wrong with our vehicle. He also was able to get our car serviced quicker than we imagined. However, the mechanic did not conduct a multi-point inspection. We would have appreciated having that done, as our car is aging and we are trying to to keep up with the good work. I really don’t want to do a survey. It did take a few days to get contacted so I am not extremely happy about that. The problem did get resolved which turned out to be a software update that should not be a chargeable event. Toyota has a bad reputation concerning their remotes so they need to offer this service free until there are improvements made.
