Nate was very friendly, kind, and understanding. He was very eager to answer my questions thoroughly and explain more fully the options about leaving our car there overnight. He was apologetic that the needed part was not in stock. Nate called the courtesy shuttle driver and kept me posted about his arrival. Nate provides customers with excellent customer service!

Davis was really friendly and helpful. He got me a loaner car when I wasn’t able to pick it back up after servicing so I could come back later. When my car wasn’t ready to be picked up same day due to a leak, he even arranged for a car swap at my job!

I like the waiting room. Texts telling what is going on should include a what is expected of the customer. I didn’t know if I should wait or go to the service desk. I’m handicapped so it matters

Frustrated with the bait and switch pricing when using the app to schedule service. Estimated price at check in and actual price at check out were off by over $15 on a simple oil change and tire rotation. Advisor was very nice, but I am sure I am not the first person to bring this up. The two other dealerships in the area do not have this issue when using the app. Selected this dealership due to location and price, but with the additional cost, the benefit to go this direction is diminished.
