Dropped car off at 930 and didn’t hear a thing until 5 hours later in which I received an approval quote for over 5,000 dollars through text in reference to an oil issue that we haven’t noticed. No explanation, and questions in reference to the issue at hand. Maybe this issue needs addressed but at what point does a simple call and explanation of an issue deserve a call or explanation? All that was stated by service rep is “they recommend what they see”. I check oil frequently and we are not noticing a loss of oil or related issue. Does someone have an oil problem with losing oil or is this something that doesn’t involve losing oil? What is the price point for a curtesy call and professional explanation ? We always come to Toyota and will continue but this was a first. No call to me wanted unless there is a better explanation. Thank you.

However, the alignment doesn't feel quite perfect, a little draw to the right, overlooked repositioning the positive battery terminal rubber cover. No biggy, I do always pop the hood after work performed to double check things...
