Your tech left an oil bottle in the engine bay, slipped down and destroyed my serpentine belt. I have been refunded by Scott, but am extremely dissatisfied with this practice, which was acknowledged to have happened multiple times in the past to others. i cannot believe this is a toyota approved service practice, but also speaks to the lack of quality by service techs. I will not be returning for service EVER, and will not recommend to anyone else.

Ian gave me an estimated time of 1hr - 1.5 hr. my service took over 3 hrs. I let Ian know this after the service was completed, he did not take it well. I asked that in the future, changes to estimated time be communicated to the customer. especially when it is over double the time I was told.
